When you buy
- Email and optional name — to send your license key and to support you.
- IP address — kept briefly to limit abuse of the checkout (a cap on orders per hour).
- Payment details — the amount, the transaction ID and the sending wallet address. These are already public on the TRON blockchain; we store them to match your payment and handle refunds. We never see or ask for a private key.
To detect payments, our server reads the public TRON blockchain through TronGrid. It looks up transfers to our wallet; your email and name are not sent there.
When you use the software
- License checks — when you activate and while the license is in use, the plugin and apps send the license key, the site address or a device identifier, and the software version to our license server, so the key can be limited to the sites and devices it covers.
- Your content stays with you. Articles, keywords and settings live on your own WordPress site. Text sent for generation goes to the AI provider you chose, with your key — not to us.
- "Send log to developer" — only if you press that button and agree to the message shown, the plugin sends its recent log (with keys, passwords and other email addresses removed), your site's name and address, and the WordPress admin email, so we can fix the bug you hit. Nothing is sent without that consent.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data.
- Use your content to train anything.
- Send marketing email you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Order and license records are kept for as long as the license exists and as long as accounting requires. Log reports are kept only until the issue is handled; the most recent few hundred are retained and older ones are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting it ends the license, because the key is tied to your email. Write to info@wpranker.org.
