These terms apply when you buy a WPRanker license on wpranker.org/en. The seller is Mehdi Porbaba / Poshtiban Zirsakht Baran ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What you get
- A license key for the English edition of WPRanker: the WordPress plugin, the Windows app and the Android app.
- An annual license covers one WordPress site, one Windows device and one Android device, with every feature included.
- The one-year term starts on the day you first activate the key — provided you activate it within 90 days of purchase. If you activate it later, the year is counted from the purchase date.
- Updates and email support are included during the term. Content you created stays yours after the term ends.
2. AI costs are separate
WPRanker uses the AI provider you choose, with your own API key. Their charges are between you and them; we do not resell AI usage and take no share of it.
3. Payment
- Payment is in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), sent directly to our wallet. No payment processor holds the funds.
- Each order has a unique amount; the last three decimals identify it. Send the exact amount, including any fee your exchange deducts.
- The order is fulfilled when the transaction is confirmed on the TRON blockchain. The checkout window is one hour; a correct payment that arrives later is still detected for 48 hours.
- A payment for a different amount, or on a different network, cannot be matched automatically. Contact us with your order number and transaction ID and we will resolve it by hand. Tokens sent on a network other than TRON may not be recoverable.
- You are responsible for making sure that paying in cryptocurrency is lawful where you are.
4. Delivery
Your license key is shown on the checkout page and emailed to the address you entered, normally within minutes of confirmation. If it has not arrived within an hour of a confirmed payment, write to us.
5. Refunds
If the key has not been activated on any site or device, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are paid in USDT on TRON to an address you give us; the network fee is deducted. After activation, or after 7 days, the purchase is final — except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
6. Use of the software
The license lets you use WPRanker on the sites and devices it covers. You may not resell, share or publish the key, redistribute the software, or try to bypass or reverse-engineer its licensing. We may suspend a key that is shared or abused; we will tell you why by email.
7. No warranty
WPRanker helps you research, write and publish; it does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue. The software is provided "as is". You review and are responsible for what you publish.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a license is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
